As a First Generation Latina, I understand how complicated it can be to break free from painful cycles—especially those passed down through generations, tied to family, culture, and expectations. I help people identify the negative patterns they want to change. From over thinkers to people pleasers, learning to be different from what you been molded to be can be challenging -but not impossible.
Communicating can become easier. Prioritizing yourself doesn’t have to feel selfish. Your relationships can feel better and more secure. The constant stress, worry, and negative inner voices can fade away. You can finally feel good enough and find the fulfillment that’s been missing.
