Marriage & Family Therapy Supervision
Supporting LMFT Students & Associates
A collaborative relationship that fosters your professional identity, confidence, & competence.
Welcome to a very exciting point in your career. Your early years as a therapist are powerful. They shape your confidence, your style, and your ability to hold space for others. The right supervision can help you become not just a more competent clinician—but a more grounded, intentional, and fulfilled one.
If you’re looking for a supervision experience that balances compassion with accountability, theory with heart, and growth with support—let’s connect.
Supervision is more than case consultation—it's a collaborative, supportive relationship. Together, we’ll focus on:
✦ Strengthening your clinical skills and applying theory to real-life sessions
✦ Exploring your “self of the therapist” work—your values, reactions, and experiences
✦ Building your professional identity in a way that feels authentic and grounded
✦ Understanding systemic dynamics in individuals, families, couples, and groups
✦ Navigating ethical dilemmas with clarity and confidence
✦ Self-care and sustainability in this meaningful (but demanding) work
Marriage and family therapists are trained to see beyond the individual—looking at systems, patterns, & context
LMFT-Associates
As a clinical supervisor for LMFT Associates, my goal is to foster the development of competent, ethical, and reflective clinicians. I believe supervision should be tailored to the individual clinician—honoring your unique background, strengths, learning style, and professional goals. This is a crucial point in your career, and your experience and satisfaction in supervision are essential. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, which means I meet the national standards to provide clinical supervision for LMFT Associates across the country.
